Refund policy

30-Day Returns
Unused and unmarked One Promise Calendars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Calendars must be returned in their original condition.

To begin a return, contact admin@cheznunez.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Calendars that have been written on, marked, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

If returning a discounted 3-calendar set, all three calendars must be returned unused and unmarked to receive a refund for the bundle. Partial returns of discounted sets are not accepted unless approved in advance.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless we ask you to do so.
