Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free on U.S. One Promise orders.

One Promise Calendars are produced to order and shipped rolled in a protective tube to help protect them during transit.

Processing and Delivery Times
Most orders are typically prepared for shipment within approximately 3 business days after the order is placed.

Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please allow additional time during holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

If you need your calendar by a specific date, we recommend ordering early. We cannot guarantee arrival by a particular date unless that guarantee is expressly stated at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at admin@cheznunez.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue with the carrier.

If your calendar arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
