One Promise is a product of Chez Nunez LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or normal printing variation. Product dimensions and specifications may also have minor reasonable variations.

One Promise is intended as an organizational and motivational tool. We do not guarantee that use of the calendar will produce any particular personal, professional, financial, creative, health, fitness, spiritual, or other result.

Prices, promotions, discounts, products, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you, cancel the affected portion of the order, and issue an appropriate refund.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, misuse of discount codes, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other irregular activity.

Orders are subject to our posted Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

The One Promise name, calendar design, website content, photographs, text, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Chez Nunez LLC. Purchasing a physical calendar does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, branding, or intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit our designs or website content without permission.

Our website may rely on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or actions of third parties outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chez Nunez LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
